1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the website printandpacks.com, submitting a quote request, or engaging with Print and Packs LLC (“Print and Packs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who submits a quote request or communicates with us through any channel, including our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Print and Packs LLC is a custom packaging company based in the United States. We design and manufacture custom-printed packaging solutions for businesses worldwide, including custom boxes, mailers, labels, and related packaging products.

All products we offer are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Because every order is produced specifically for you, our services and these Terms reflect the nature of bespoke, made-to-order manufacturing.

We do not operate a direct online checkout. All orders begin with a quote request submitted through our website or via direct communication with our team. A binding order is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on specifications, pricing, and production timelines in writing.

3. QUOTE REQUESTS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

3.1 Submitting a Quote Request Submitting a quote request through our website or contacting us does not constitute a binding order. It is an enquiry only. We will review your requirements and respond with a formal quote.

3.2 Order Confirmation An order is only confirmed when:

  • You have received and reviewed our formal written quote
  • You have approved the quote, specifications, and pricing in writing (by email or other written communication)
  • Any required deposit or advance payment has been received by us

We reserve the right to decline any order request at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3.3 Design Approval Before production begins, we will provide you with a digital proof or design mockup for your approval. Production will not commence until you have provided written approval of the proof. Once production has begun following your written approval, changes to the design, size, or specifications may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

3.4 Accuracy of Information You are responsible for ensuring that all information, specifications, artwork, and content you provide to us is accurate and complete. Print and Packs LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise pricing after this period to account for changes in material costs, currency fluctuations, or other factors.

4.2 Payment Terms Payment terms will be specified in your formal quote. In general:

  • A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before production begins
  • The remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Full payment in advance may be required for first-time customers or large orders

4.3 Payment Methods Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of quoting. All payments must clear before production begins or goods are dispatched, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

4.4 Late Payment If payment is not received by the agreed due date, we reserve the right to pause or cancel production, withhold shipment of completed goods, and charge reasonable interest or recovery costs on overdue amounts.

5. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

5.1 Production Timelines Estimated production timelines will be provided in your quote. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Timelines begin only after written order confirmation, design approval, and receipt of any required deposit.

5.2 Delays While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, extreme weather events, customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure events.

5.3 Rush Orders Rush production may be available subject to capacity and will incur additional charges. Please contact us to discuss your timeline requirements before submitting a quote request.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Worldwide Shipping We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs, carrier selection, and estimated transit times will be communicated as part of your quote or confirmed order.

6.2 Free Shipping Where free shipping is offered, it applies to standard delivery methods as determined by us. Expedited or express shipping options may be available at additional cost.

6.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes For international shipments, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges levied by your country’s customs authority. Print and Packs LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order.

6.4 Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for goods passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information where available. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in raising a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee a resolution or replacement in such circumstances.

6.5 Delivery Address You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

7. RETURNS, REPRINTS & REFUNDS

7.1 Custom Products Because all of our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind or no longer require the goods.

7.2 Defective or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will review each case individually and, where a genuine error on our part is established, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A reprint of the affected items
  • A partial or full refund
  • A credit toward a future order

7.3 Claims Process To initiate a claim, you must:

  • Contact us at info@printandpacks.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order reference, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage
  • Retain the original packaging and products until the claim is resolved

7.4 No Guarantee of Exact Colour Match Due to the nature of printing, minor variations in colour between digital proofs and the final printed product are normal and do not constitute a defect. Colour accuracy can be affected by screen calibration, printing method, and substrate. If colour accuracy is critical, please discuss this with us before placing your order.

7.5 Case-by-Case Basis All refund and reprint decisions are made at the sole discretion of Print and Packs LLC on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair resolution and customer satisfaction, but we are not obligated to provide a refund or reprint in circumstances where the order was produced in accordance with your approved specifications.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Your Artwork & Content By submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or other content to us, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all such materials, and that using them to produce your order does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant Print and Packs LLC a non-exclusive licence to use your submitted materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8.2 Our Designs & Assets Any designs, templates, or artwork created by Print and Packs LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our original design work without our prior written consent.

8.3 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Print and Packs LLC harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this section, including any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to content you supplied to us.

8.4 Portfolio Use We reserve the right to use images of completed orders for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you notify us in writing at the time of ordering that you do not consent to this use.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Print and Packs LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on our website, which is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or order requests
